Parent/child attribute for User object

I maintain the PagerDuty configuration for a team of ~170 that contain several sub-units. These sub-units work across different issues and frequently hand items off to one another.

Currently, there is no way to define a parent for a user. For analytics purposes, it could be useful to have the ability to define a parent/manager for a user. Currently, our analytics are driven by the REST API, so having this attribute would allow our existing team-wide analytics to be filtered down to individual managers.
